Mr. Diggs has extensive experience in the planning and management of covert investigations; the preservation and analysis of physical evidence; witness, victim and suspect interviewing; case documentation; and court testimony. He is a focused, self-motivated and dedicated professional with a high-caliber work ethic and uncompromising personal integrity.
Mr. Diggs began Omega Investigations, LLC in 2001 as a licensed, bonded, and insured full service private detective agency whose mission is to maintain Tenacity, Integrity and Zeal at all times. His staff is highly trained in planning and management of all aspects of investigations including, but not limited to preserving and analyzing physical evidence, interviewing witnesses, victims, suspects, and case documentation and court testimony.
Mr. Diggs is also currently the Commander of the Warrant Apprehension Unit Police for the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. This Warrant Apprehension Unit is highly trained and responsible for conducting investigations to locate and apprehend any parole violators, escapes from the Maryland Department of Corrections, and any other individuals as directed by the Director of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. In this position he has been recognized for the following honors:

Prior to 2001, Mr. Diggs dedicated 3 years to Vance Executive Protection, Inc. He provided contractual close personal protection services for business executives, sports and entertainment celebrities, and other high profile, at-risk individuals. He provided personal protection agent for the members of the Royal Saudi Arabian family, including, but not limited to, armed protection of family members and personal property, residential security, and implementing and monitoring of electronic audio and visual security systems.
Mr. Diggs began his career in 1987 with the Maryland State Police department where his career is distinguished by consistent promotion to positions requiring advanced technical skills; increased decision-making authority; and awards for performance. He served as a supervisor for their Drug Interdiction Unit, Supervisor of the Violent Crimes Strikeforce and a Field Training Trooper. At this police department, he was recognized for the following honors:

Mr. Diggs received his Bachelor of Science for Criminal Justice in 1987 from Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA.
